Medical Facilities
MOA has designed numerous medical facilities throughout Oregon's Willamette Valley.
The Elm Street Medical Center, in Albany, houses Surgeons and OBGYN's across from Albany General Hospital. This new building was designed to provide a state of the art medical facility with maximum flexibility for medical practitioners while having the look and feel of a vintage structure to fit into this historic Albany neighborhood.
The McMinnville Valley Wellness Center comprises four independent medical office buildings ranging in size from 3,500sf to 6,000sf.
