Elements Building

The Elements Building, located in downtown Corvallis, Oregon, is a six-story mixed-use commercial building that houses a luxury day spa, restaurant and bar, as well as one floor of office space. Mid-century modern design blended with environmental best practices have put the Elements Building on track to become the only privately-funded LEED Silver certified space in Oregon.

The 7Stones Day Spa occupies the first three floors of the structure, where special attention was paid to creating a soothing atmosphere through elegant lighting design and the use of natural materials, such as recycled glass tiles and reclaimed wood.

Separated from the spa below by a single floor of office space, Strega Restaurant & Bar boasts panoramic views from the fifth and sixth floors. Spectacular terraces, a wine bar with fireside lounge, and a warm but elegant dining room make Strega the place to be in Corvallis for food and drink.

The Elements Building received the 2009 Daily Journal of Commerce (DJC) award for design excellence in private buildings between five and fifteen million dollars.
