Calvary Chapel
The Calvary Chapel in Corvallis, Oregon is a 27,000-square-foot structure that consists of a main-level fellowship hall and a basement containing offices and classrooms. The large, open fellowship hall, which seats 850 people, utilizes a combination of roof-slope, fabric insulation, and a vapor barrier to both insulate the space and deliver excellent acoustic properties.
To keep the cost of this project down, MOA utilized metal building construction, customized in ways that lend a unique identity to the structure and give the space the spritual feel that a church building requires.
